SOUND DESIGNER / COMPOSER
Dione is an avid lover of orchestral and electronic music who has played the flute and piano since her school days.
Having initially graduated with a degree in Accountancy, Dione later discovered her passion lay in music composition and sound design for film and TV.
In 2008 she commenced her music degree at Berklee College of Music in Boston, USA, majoring in Electronic Production and Design.
During her studies she was awarded the Roland Award for music technology as well as a composition award for an orchestral piece written for the Mill Valley Philharmonic Orchestra.
Upon graduating from Berklee with a Bachelor in Music with honors, Dione worked on projects in the US, London and Asia, with clients who included Christian Dior, Mercedes Benz and the Royal Opera House, London.
She was Music Director for the children’s musical ‘Rapunzel’ at the Singapore Repertory Theatre in April 2013 and after a 12 month stint freelancing at Song Zu she joined us full time in May 2013.
